Villa Serena Rosa is in a beautiful, tranquil location with mature gardens, plenty of shade & privacy, a large pool and sea views and airconditioning. Just a short walk to the beach and amenities at Cala 'n Porter.
The property consists of: large airconditioned lounge/ dining room, with 2 sofas (one is a double sofa bed),
2 lounge chairs, TV + satellite, DVD, stereo, dining table and chairs and a wall unit. Inside the Villa is a separate bathroom with bath, shower curtains, toilet, bidet, washbasin and washing machine.
Bedrooms: 2 triple bedrooms with 3 single beds per room.
1 double bedroom with double bed and ensuite wc/shower 1 double sofa bed in lounge + 1 single sofa bed.
2 bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and the other a chest of drawers.
Bathrooms: 1 en-suite bathroom to 1 of the bedrooms, comprising of a shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet. The main bathroom has a shower cubicle + bath in one, a washbasin, bidet and toilet.+ Washing machine.
The garden also offers plenty of sunshine and shade for those that seek it. There are
panoramic sea views from the roof terrace the island of Mallorca (Majorca) can be
seen in a distance on a clear day. There is a beautiful cliff top viewpoint 100 yards
from the Villa; there are outstanding sea and cliff views all around Cala‘n Porter.
The beach is just a 10 minute stroll away. The cliff walks are 100 yards. There are also some local short cliff trails to sea suitable for diving and good swimmers. Also access to cales covas historical cave necropolis for amazing swimming and snorkeling without waves and much current in surreal shaded surroundings.
All the many facilities of the centre of Cala’n Porter - shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants - and its lovely sandy beach are just a 10 minute stroll away, the airport and capital of Mahon is a 10 to 12 minute drive by car or taxi.
